CROSSTRAINING

Crosstraining is a varied training method that combines strength, cardio and functional movements in every session. The goal is to improve your overall fitness, endurance, mobility and coordination, working your body more completely than traditional training.

HYROX

HYROX is a fitness competition combining running and functional exercises in a standardized format: 8 kilometers of running split across 8 workout stations. Because the format never changes, times can be compared across venues and athletes worldwide. That is why it is called the “fitness marathon” — with far more variety than just running.

FUNCTIONAL

Functional training focuses on natural, purposeful body movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating and lifting. The goal is to build strength, stability, mobility and coordination so you perform better in daily life and other sports.

TEENS

TEENS is a training programme designed for teenagers, tailored to their age and level, combining physical activity, coordination, strength and fun in a safe environment. It builds healthy habits, improves fitness and fosters social connections.

GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics combines strength, flexibility, balance and coordination through precise, controlled movements. It can be practised in different styles — artistic, rhythmic or acrobatic — and develops both physical fitness and body control.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Weightlifting is a strength sport where the athlete lifts a loaded barbell overhead with precise, controlled technique. It is not just about moving heavy weight — it demands coordination, speed, stability and solid technical execution.
