CrossTraining in South Tenerife

The go-to CrossTraining centre in the south of the island. Strength, endurance, speed and technique in a different challenge every day.

What it is

A different challenge every day

CrossTraining is a high-intensity functional training method that blends gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic work. Every session (WOD) is designed to improve your overall fitness and push past new limits each week.

It's completely scalable: whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, every movement adapts to your level. You don't need any experience to start.

What the classes are like

60 minutes well spent

Every session follows a clear structure: a specific 10–15 minute warm-up, a technique block where the coach explains and corrects the day's movements, the WOD (10 to 25 minutes) and a cool-down with stretching. You leave stronger and wanting more.

Real progression

Measurable results

We log your numbers so you can see your progress with real data. Every cycle works the ten physical skills of CrossTraining: cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
