What is HYROX?
HYROX is the functional fitness competition taking the world by storm. It combines 8 km of running with 8 functional work stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, RowErg, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls. Over 250,000 athletes compete each year across 50+ cities.

At BlackBOX CF we design HYROX preparation programmes tailored to your level, whether it is your first time or you already have competition experience. Our method combines:

Who is HYROX for?
Our programmes are designed for all levels. If you are new to functional training, we start with a solid foundation and progress at your pace. If you already have experience, we integrate you directly into the competition programme.
When is HYROX Tenerife 2026?
The first official HYROX event in Tenerife is scheduled for September 2026. It is the first event in the HYROX series in the Canary Islands. At BlackBOX CF we help you prepare with enough time to arrive in your best shape.
Can I do a drop-in for a HYROX preparation class?
Yes. The drop-in at BlackBOX CF costs €15 per session. If you are visiting South Tenerife and want to keep up your HYROX training, you are welcome at any of our classes. Contact us via WhatsApp before you arrive.
Do I need previous experience to start HYROX training?
No. We adapt the programme to your level. Many of our athletes started from zero and are now competing in official HYROX events. The important thing is to start.
